Client	Our client is a leading cargo charter provider with a strong presence across the DACH region. They are now adding a senior specialist to their Frankfurt office to support continued growth in the cargo charter market.

Role overview:

You will bring existing business, generate new demand and manage end to end cargo charter operations. This includes quoting, contracting, sourcing aircraft, negotiating pricing and overseeing flight coordination. Relationship building with clients and operators will be central to the role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage full cycle cargo charter operations from first enquiry to delivery

• Source aircraft, secure availability and negotiate competitive rates

• Grow revenue through both existing clients and new business development

• Work closely with the Frankfurt team while maintaining an independent client portfolio

We're looking for someone who has:

• Minimum two years of cargo aviation sales experience, ideally within cargo charter brokerage

• Proven revenue generation with an established network

• Strong knowledge of the DACH cargo charter market

• Confident running full operational workflow for cargo movements

• Fluent German and English

• Able to attend the Frankfurt office three days per week, with some flexibility for outstanding candidates
