The role:
This senior sales role focuses on converting inbound enquiries and self sourced prospects into long term jet card and charter clients. You will nurture relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate closely with flight operations and sourcing teams to deliver a premium private aviation experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Qualifying inbound leads and running targeted outbound outreach
• Growing and retaining a private client book
• Upselling jet programs and cross selling charter solutions
• Managing pipeline and reporting in Salesforce
• Building trusted relationships with operators and industry partners
• Representing the brand at events and across the local market
Location:
Philadelphia, Baltimore, or Washington, D.C.
This position involves regular travel to meet clients and team members, along with occasional overnight trips to the HQ for meetings, conferences and operational support.
About you:
5+ years private aviation sales experience or 10+ years consultative sales with UHNW clients
Strong knowledge of jet cards, charter solutions, and aircraft categories
Proven track record converting high intent leads and self generating opportunities
Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
Highly organised, motivated, and comfortable working at pace
Based in Philadelphia, Baltimore, or Washington DC and happy to travel when required
