The role:

As Vice President of Sales – Germany, you will drive new business growth and expand the company’s sales footprint across the German market.


  • Lead all outbound sales activity, leveraging your network and the company’s

  • Generate and convert leads to meet ambitious revenue targets

  • Manage accounts post-sale, ensuring an exceptional client experience

  • Analyse revenue performance and adapt strategy to sustain long-term growth



About you:

  • Fluent in German

  • 7+ years’ sales experience, ideally with private aviation exposure

  • Strong track record with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients

  • Independent, proactive, and able to perform under pressure

  • Confident communicator with excellent account management skills
