The role:
As Vice President of Sales – Germany, you will drive new business growth and expand the company’s sales footprint across the German market.
Lead all outbound sales activity, leveraging your network and the company’s
Generate and convert leads to meet ambitious revenue targets
Manage accounts post-sale, ensuring an exceptional client experience
Analyse revenue performance and adapt strategy to sustain long-term growth
About you:
Fluent in German
7+ years’ sales experience, ideally with private aviation exposure
Strong track record with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
Independent, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
Confident communicator with excellent account management skills
