The role:
As Vice President of Sales – Germany, you will drive new business growth and expand the company’s sales footprint across the German market.
- Lead all outbound sales activity, leveraging your network and the company’s 
- Generate and convert leads to meet ambitious revenue targets 
- Manage accounts post-sale, ensuring an exceptional client experience 
- Analyse revenue performance and adapt strategy to sustain long-term growth 
About you:
- Fluent in German 
- 7+ years’ sales experience, ideally with private aviation exposure 
- Strong track record with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients 
- Independent, proactive, and able to perform under pressure 
- Confident communicator with excellent account management skills
