Flight Team Executive - Negotiable Salary - Remote, Europe


Our client is a dynamic boutique private aviation consultancy that has built a reputation for industry-leading service whilst providing a transparent and unique product for its customers. You’ll be part of a warm and fun working environment, albeit from a remote base.


The role:

The Flight Team Executive manages aviation operations, focusing on detailed client communication, quoting, and flight support. Reporting to the Flight Director, the role demands exceptional organisation, client service, and working efficiency.


Location:

The role is home office based with travel to offsite meetings in Europe regularly. Working times are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with rotating on-call weekends and rotating on-call evenings.


Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, collating and sending flight quotations with support of the Flight Management team

  • Assisting the Flight Managers with flight management – organising passenger details, catering, operational flight management

  • Sending flight briefings, position reports, and movement messages relating to flights.

  • Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer in flight logging, monitoring and reconciliation

  • Client Management – responding to questions, and assisting with coordination with operators.

  • Operator Management – Liaising with program operators to ensure the best possible service environment for our client's members.


Experience:

  • Experience with aviation, understanding elements of operational and aircraft.

  • Experience interacting directly with high-net-worth clients, both end users and assistants

  • The role would entail the detail-focused management and support of our client's flight management.

  • The role would involve elements of client communication, collecting quotes, managing and supporting flight operations and managing data within our client's reporting platforms.

  • The role would report to the Flight Director


Skills:

  • Detailed focused, enthusiastic customer support.

  • Strong understanding of client expectations, requirements and communications in the aviation environment

  • Must be structured, organised, and efficient with a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Must have the ability to handle and maintain a fast-paced and complex customer service environment while remaining calm and collected.
