Manager/Senior Manager - Demand Generation - Negotiable - Boston, USA

The role:

The primary function of the Manager/Senior Manager, Demand Generation is to identify and drive new, high-quality customer lead volume and increased revenue for our client. The role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, growth development (diversifying beyond paid channels), data analysis, martech & sales enablement operations, use of data in marketing programs, and business strategy development. It is expected that this role would increase the use of AI through the demand generation process to drive greater efficiency and results (prospecting, messaging, workflows, optimisation). Additionally, the design and implementation of customer scoring models and measuring lead quality metrics are critical to the success of the position.


As Manager/Senior Manager - Demand Generation, you will develop, orchestrate, execute and measure marketing plans and strategies to achieve our pipeline creation goals across target customer segments (corporate, high net worth individuals, etc.). This will be achieved by operating in tight partnerships with sales counterparts. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop a holistic, integrated strategy, execute by working cross-functionally, and adapt or add net new plans as needed to hit goals.

● Corporate office/Quincy Massachusetts

● 4 days in office/1 remote day


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to improve and increase customer lead volume and quality, lead conversion (through the sales process), and, ultimately, improve customer LTV across defined customer segments.

  • Oversee day-to-day marketing demand generation activities based on defined pipeline and efficiency (CAC; LTV:CAC) goals; Identify, test and optimize across a prioritized group of paid and non-paid channels; Strong focus on organic growth development (SEO, growth loops).

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (sales, operations) and resources (SEM/SEO agency partners) to effectively meet and exceed demand generation goals.

  • Oversee day to day management of Hubspot platform and the integration of other data sources including ZoomInfo and Wealth Engine; Implement and continually refine a customer scoring model to optimize sales resources and time management; Work closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure other company platforms are integrated to improve the accuracy and relevance of customer information.

  • Continually analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to inform future marketing spend and strategies to drive high quality lead flow.

  • Collaborate with other marketing team members and sales team members to execute high impact demand generation campaigns across multiple channels; Develop a toolbox of customized campaigns to support the private aviation consultant team members; Build campaigns to foster ongoing account development with high value prospects.

  • Own & manage the marketing growth agenda roadmap (testing prioritization, learnings and backlog) for channels, campaigns, landing pages, funnel and creative.

  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to add new features, capabilities, and content to improve the Magellan online experience. Ensure digital content follows all brand guidelines and drives a strong luxury brand experience.

  • Leverage AI to create workflow efficiencies and accelerate learnings; document & operationalize.

  • Incorporate expert knowledge of media trends, social tools, and mobile technologies to drive marketing program reach; innovate with new marketing, social, and digital tactics

  • Continually analyze market information and competitor products, drawing conclusions on digital market trends and defining new opportunities for the brand.

  • Report out on metrics and results on a daily and weekly basis.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2C/B2B demand generation experience with a heavy focus on direct marketing, CRM, and online marketing experience.

  • Experience using generative AI to assist with improving results & create workflow efficiency.

  • Strong aptitude and working knowledge of AI systems and integrations.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Strong hands-on knowledge of Wordpress, HubSpot, and SalesForce required.

  • Experience designing, testing and implementing highly complex lead flow/customer experience journeys based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, leverage and combine data sets to help expand our targetable universe of prospective customers (individual and account level / ABM strategies).

  • Expert ability in prioritizing, managing and optimizing a measurable portfolio of marketing channels (paid & is non-paid) designed to increase overall brand demand, leads and converted customers.

  • Highly comfortable working with technical products and optimizing software configurations to help manage marketing channels and customized communications.

  • Strong, data-led decision-making; high comfort defining and analyzing performance across the spectrum of demand generation (and in collaboration with sales counterparts).

  • Excellent communication skills and strong financial and budget management skills.

  • Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Knowledge of private aviation and luxury branding is a plus.
