Sales Consultant (Hebrew Speaking) - Negotiable Salary - London or Munich

The role:
You'll be the front line for our client's sales organisation and the first point of contact for more than 50% of prospective clients. Prospecting and reaching out to prospective owners is the key component of the position. Be responsible for an independent, proactive search for potential clients, cold calling and qualifying individuals based upon their decision-making ability, financial capacity and need/desire for our client's services.
Key responsibilities:
Educate, consult and advise prospective clients on private aviation and products through detailed explanations and understanding of individualised needs
Develop and present recommendations for individualised product assessment, and organise, follow up and manage the prospect universe for each territory opportunity recording all interactions with potential Owners in Salesforce
Drive the initial evaluation and qualification of the customer opportunity, accomplished through a series of verbal and/or written consultations, while simultaneously utilising third party resources to verify that the opportunity makes good business sense for the company to explore – the evaluation and qualification stages involve independent research and analysis by the Sales Consultant to help them fully understand the scope of the opportunity;
Develop, define and execute segmentation strategy for potential Owners in Salesforce and segmentation planning to uncover new business opportunities to direct Sales Vice Presidents (Sales VP) to prospective clients
Evaluate, develop and execute strategy for territory segmentation for the assigned region, optimising current opportunities, developing segment opportunities, strategising the daily approach to prospecting, by utilising knowledge of where current clients reside, identifying companies/industries that need private aviation as a business tool and difficult city pairs within the assigned territory, and strategically and accordingly planning the weekly activity
Segment the data in Salesforce to further organise these efforts, with the ability to define which segment of the assigned market they wish to develop to grow the new business revenue for the business
Consult, educate and advise Sales and Marketing management on territory opportunities relating to trends or competitive developments
Handle in-coming calls and inquiries originating from the website from prospective clients
Research and update database with all information found on prospects (biographies, previous aviation experience, contact information, decision making process, etc.)
Travel to industry trade shows, client events and prospect meetings as required.
Essential experience & knowledge:
Fluency in business English and Hebrew (bonus points for Greek) both written and spoken
Demonstrable work experience within a sales-driven role
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and focus whilst meeting sales targets
Self-motivated and organised
Curious
Excellent time-management skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
Committed, ready to take on a challenge and progress within a growing company
Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
Preferred
Educated to degree level in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications or similar disciplines
Experience of SalesForce
Commercial awareness of the aviation industry.
