Role overview:

As Passenger Charter Broker you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the entire passenger charter flight process, encompassing initial request handling, compiling competitive offers, proactively following up with clients, securing bookings, and seamlessly managing flight operations until successful completion.

  • Identify and capitalise on business opportunities by developing customised solutions that align with client requirements while operating within budgetary constraints and operational parameters, ultimately driving profitable growth for the organisation.

  • Cultivate and oversee a diverse client portfolio, while proactively pursuing new business avenues through self-driven initiatives, such as following up on prospective leads, leveraging client referrals, and exploring networking opportunities within the industry.

Other responsibilities:

Willingly undertake any additional responsibilities that fall within the scope of the role, as requested, including working extended hours when necessary to meet business demands. Demonstrate a readiness to travel as per the requirements of the position. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Continuously stay informed about industry developments, evolving practices, and emerging requirements pertinent to the job function. Actively participate in the team's rotating schedule for after-hours duty coverage.

We're looking for someone that has:

  • 3-5 Years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of the local market

  • Experience in Aviation industry

  • Team player to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong relationship building, account management & customer service skills

  • Ability to successfully balance client needs with business objectives
