Through a direct fractional ownership model it delivers simpler, more agile and significantly lower-emission travel for senior executives and sustainability-focused companies. With operational innovation and rigorous carbon-reduction strategies at its core, the organisation is attracting forward-thinking customers across Europe.




The role:

You will join the senior sales team and spearhead new fractional ownership sales throughout Switzerland and beyond. The position covers the full commercial cycle from prospecting and relationship building to closing and client handover. Close collaboration with marketing, flight operations and sustainability leads will ensure every customer enjoys a seamless end-to-end experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate new fractional ownership opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and strategic partnerships

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales activity maintaining a robust pipeline in the CRM

  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to C-suite and sustainability stakeholders

  • Drive accurate forecasting and reporting throughout a complex multi-stage sales cycle

  • Partner with account management and operations to guarantee smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction

  • Nurture existing relationships to secure renewals, upgrades and referrals

  • Represent our client at industry and ESG events to elevate brand awareness



Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Five plus years of success in B2B private aviation sales, ideally fractional, jet card or charter

  • Proven ability to close complex deals and manage extended sales cycles

  • Strong network and relationship skills at senior executive level

  • Fluent English with French or German viewed as an advantage

  • Genuine passion for sustainability and next-generation aviation solutions

  • Based in Switzerland or able to travel frequently within Europe

  • Disciplined use of CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
